spray

I love sprays, but not all of them, not the ones just pushing your back foot at the end of a crappy top turn but the pure carving ones, the ones coming from true rail to rail surfing.

new angles

I hve to recognize I'm not a great slalom fan, but I tell you, adrenaline rushes when you are in mark one with a wide angle in your camera during a slalom course with 35 knots!!!

Dany Bruch

I took this photo during the Grand Salam in Pozo last summer, strong winds and big waves for an amazing expression session, as soon as I saw the helicopter I wanted to take the photo of a big jump with the helicopter in the background, but wasn't easy, the current was so strong and waves were breaking everywhere, and of course, the helicompter was moving all the time.
After two hours swiming against the current I saw the chance and shooted, after this jump the helicopter dissapeared, so I was lucky, finaly I had the shoot at the very last chance. :)

Nayra Alonso

This is Nayra at her homespot, Vargas, this is what the judges call "controled radical manouvers in the critical section of the wave", this is one of those photos I don't understand why never did the cut in the mags.

secret

We found this place not too far away from Pozo, on a rainy day during the 2008 North Sails photoshoot.

moments before detonation

I love those "in between" moments, where you can put yourself in the place of the rider and imagine what's gonna happen...
